An Egyptian delegation visits Paris

An Egyptian delegation in charge of transport is visiting Paris to meet institutions in charge of contracting urban rail transport projects, in order to benefit from feedback on the issue of reducing the operating and maintenance costs of rail transport networks.
The visit was organised as part of FEXTE Egypt.

To examine in greater depth the problems of project management for urban rail transport projects, to optimise the operating and maintenance costs of rail transport networks, and to reorganise the internal structure of the project management team responsible for urban rail transport infrastructure.
