A Competition to find solutions to traffic congestion in Hanoï!

The Transport
Department of Hanoï recently launched a Competition for concept of Traffic Organization Plan and solutions to traffic congestion. In total, $300.000 can be won, with a first price of $200.000.

This competition is open to foreign and Vietnamese engineering companies.
