The Association considers it very important that the collection and processing of your data is done in a careful and secure manner. You are advised to read this privacy statement carefully. We have done our best to describe them as briefly and clearly as possible.
In general, CODATU collects data from you, for example, if you subscribe to CODATU’s newsletter, if you send us an e-mail directly or via the contact form on the website, when you submit a request for one or more services provided by CODATU or for collaboration with the Association, if you have made your data publicly available via social networks or any other public platform or when you use our social networks. We use the information we receive to improve our communication and the services we provide to our partners and network. We will explain this in more detail below.

CODATU may receive information from you in the following ways:
Directly from you: If you submit a request to us via our website, via an Association-issued form/questionnaire that you fill out, by e-mail or by phone or if you participate in an activity or event organised by CODATU or one of its partners.

Via third party or partner websites: CODATU is part of several networks or signs partnership agreements with different actors in the mobility and urban sectors. These third parties may in some cases, where the contractual terms allow, share information with CODATU. This privacy statement also applies to data collected via the websites of these third parties when they act as subcontractors for CODATU, as partners or experts in a project, as co-organisers of an event. CODATU is not responsible for data collections that are not commissioned by the Association. In this respect, we refer to the privacy policy of these websites.

CODATU may process various user data, including personal data. Data collected by CODATU from you may include
contact information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, customer number, date of birth and gender that you provide in forms; payment or billing information

CODATU may use the above mentioned data for the following purposes
to provide its services in the field of urban mobility;
for the execution of the preparation of a collaboration offer, a partnership agreement, an invoice, a report or an analysis on a subject or theme;
for the management of its administration, its members and its bodies;
for communication purposes, to provide you with information about the services provided by CODATU, for example by e-mail;
to improve its services (e.g. through surveys);
to publish CODATU references or those described and submitted by you. By submitting your references to CODATU, you consent to the processing of your personal data and the publication of this information on our communication media. In addition to the publication of your references, we publish information about you, including your name, first name and company name if applicable, unless you do not give your permission. No other information is published on the site;

** REFERENCES
CODATU publishes references on its website and social networks with the permission of the partners or members. The third party has the possibility to have the reference published anonymously or with all or part of his/her name and must indicate this in writing to CODATU. The Association may leave the reference indefinitely unless the page disappears or the third party submits a request for removal. By submitting a reference, the third party gives CODATU permission to publish the reference, unless otherwise specified in writing.
