A key moment in the organisation of Codatu

On Tuesday 10 December 2024, Codatu’s governing boards (Board of Directors and Extraordinary General Meeting) met.

The aim was to present and approve Codatu’s new articles of association and internal rules, with a view to more flexible governance, leading to a more agile organisation, capable of meeting the new challenges facing the association. The final version of the “Vision CODATU 2030” was also approved.

Other points presented included the new 2025 membership fee scale and a progress report on the 2026 international conference.

A day rich in exchanges and decisions, marking a key moment in the organisation of the association.
