CODATU joins the World Urban Campaign

The
World Urban Campaign is a partnership platform that promotes inclusive and resilient cities. Its objective is to put the New Urban Agenda at the highest level in development policies. It is coordinated by UN-Habitat and regroups more than 150 partners and networks from around the world.

The World Urban Campaign is framed within the Habitat III Conference that will be held in October 2016 in Quito, on sustainable urbanization and our urban future. The Conference will be a great occasion to asses the state cities are in and to review urbanization’s perspectives.

CODATU joins the #UrbanThinkers community and will contribute to the World Urban Campaign by sharing its know-how as well as its expertise, best practices in mobility, tools and methods, to reach their commun goal, sustainable cities. Thus, CODATU will deliver its message addressed to the Habitat III Conference on urban mobility issues “The Accessibility We Need” making reference to “The City We Need” Campaign.

Moreover, CODATU will disseminate and communicate the partners’ messages, as well as participate and contribute to various events.
