course on Sustainable Urban Mobility in Developing Countries
to start on May 2nd, 2016
The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), in partnership with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), is launching a new session of the e-learning course on Sustainable Urban Mobility in Developing Countries. This 12-week course will run from 2 May to 24 July 2016, and will be fully online.
This course is designed to provide answers, solutions and alternative approaches in the area of urban transport planning, towards a more sustainable transport system in developing cities. It is open to city and local/national government officials, urban mobility management professionals, and representatives from academic and training institutions working on transportation. A United Nations Certificate of Completion will be provided to participants who complete all the requirements. More details are available on the course flyer attached.
