FMDV

The FMDV is the international alliance of local and regional governments whose mission is to :
– Design strategies and operational solutions, and organise the appropriate environments for financing urban territories and implementing sustainable and integrated local economic development;
– Organise the convergence of stakeholders and build a shared culture of sub-national financing and economic development, and its appropriation by all players, for cooperation and innovation;
– Contribute to the political and institutional debate on the localisation of financing and economic development in order to promote solutions for the implementation of international commitments at local action level.
