More than 200 transport organising authorities – mobility organising authorities, French departments and regions – are members of the Groupement des Autorités Responsables de Transport (GART). Founded in 1980, GART is a platform for discussion and reflection for elected transport officials. GART proposes areas of work aimed at promoting the implementation of sustainable mobility. GART represents all political sensibilities.
