Context of the visit
An Angolan delegation visited the cities of Paris and Lyon as part of the technical cooperation programme between the Angolan Ministry of Transport, the AFD and Codatu.
Goals
– To learn about the issues involved in the planning, financing, design, implementation and operation of high-capacity transport networks, and to understand the role of each stakeholder (the city, the public transport operator, the operator, etc.).
